This has been an excellent customer service…from Liaba, who helped me to understand the process, who helped with Grants, Funding, and was an absolute God send all through this complex installation process. She was totally professional all the way through but also warm and friendly. I received quick responses from her and she answered all my questions. She herself gets 10* I had an Heat Source Pump installed under the BUS scheme and private Solar Panels installed. The engineers who installed all the work were professionals. As well as being friendly, helpful and communicative. They went out of their way to source materials and to ensure the work was complete on time. To do this they worked long hours and were really hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They explained the process (not that I always followed), and were patient…They also get 10*. There hasn’t been any problems with the system so far….so I highly recommend these installers and EDF and the company. Thank you. Amanda.

very poor service when working on the outside insulation walls to correct the work from the last builders in 2024 . Berk insulation builders came on the 12.06.2026 which the builder put sealant on all my extension tiles . They broke the ridge and tiles around the L - shape extension . Roofers came to replace the tiles and changed 4 tiles only and since not come back from Berks insulation Ltd . I have phoned Berks insulation 100 times from 9am - 5pm for 2 days now one picks up the phone or replies to my email . If it rains Heavy the water will damage inside my rooms , the roof is not covered with a plastic sheet as they left the ridge tiles all broken . Never use this company please 17.06.2026

Don't ever get work done from these cow boys. Had a wall insulation, they've damaged the property while carrying out the work. Im just gett8ng ignored,No-one seems to get back to me.

Wow these guys fitted my boiler through the government scheme and they were absolutely fantastic. From when I first met Asad right through to the team that fitted the boiler, very professional and hard working offered great advice answered all my questions and asked for appropriate documents. The lead guy even waited for my gas engineer. Highly recommended Thank you One suggestion- maybe change the name of your company :)
