Had to call Blue Flame out a week ago to fix a leak we had. We aren't on a service contract so we were delighted that they were able to get an Engineer come out to us that same day. Really happy with the service that Callum G provided. Friendly and thorough. Would recommend 👍🏼. Thanks very much!
Friendly and professional engineers. Had a service done and it looks like a slight pressure issue has been resolved along with a noise from the circulation pump! Well happy! Although I think they normally have one engineer for a service, in this case they happened to be together on the day. I'd happily have either one (Ryan or Matt) back if needed regarding my ASHP system. Thanks guys /Blue Flame.

Impossible to get through on the phone! Most infuriating and frustrating phone system I have ever experienced!! Lets you do a "ring back" AND it rings you back - but there is never anybody on the end of the phone, you are just put back into the queue!! Why isn't there an email address we can use?!?!
Driving north on the A30 past Fraddon services yesterday afternoon, I was overtaken by a speeding van bearing the Blue Flame logo. I was in the middle lane, just at the point where the outside lane has to merge in. This driver seemed determined not to filter in behind me, which would have been the correct and safe action to take, but forced their van in front of mine, causing me to brake heavily. When I sounded my horn and flashed my lights, they then brake-checked me before taking off again at well over the speed limit. Perhaps they were in a rush to get home to watch the England World Cup game but we both came very close to missing much more!! I recognise that this incident is nothing to do with the work that they undertake as their core business, but if this is the attitude that they and their staff have towards safety, which surely should be paramount in the heating industry, I would stay well away. Shockingly bad driving and an even worse response when challenged.
