Unreliable communication, fail to show for appointments. Unprofessional to expect customers to keep large windows of time available for them to then last second delay the appointment to a different day.
Anthony installed a Myson lo-line fan convector for us. Very impressed with Bushby’s service from Chris visiting very quickly to assess the job to it being fitted two weeks later for a reasonable cost (especially when compared with other companies). Anthony was professional, tidy, on time & very knowledgable.
