The price was fair in relation to the amount of work that needed to be done (engineers, brickwork, plumbing, electrical). MY Boiler wasn't firing up and I had guests arriving the following day. I phoned CHG because I have a Boiler plan with them. I Explained my problem they had someone out within 2 hours. They found the fault the safety overheat button had popped out to protect the boiler from overheating. After some more checks to see why it had happened he found a senser not in the correct place return it to its correct position. All mended and working again within the hour. Panic over. Thanks CHG.
