Very pleased with our whole experience of Clear Skies Energy. From design to installation and commissioning Jason was very knowledgeable, honest and hard working. I got four quotations but his unique proposal for a split system solved the tricky problem of our house having very little outdoor space. It allows the heat pump to run at high efficiency, even though it is a long way from the water tank, simplified the installation, saved time and reduced costs. We received a bespoke design, keeping within our budget, and ended up with lower running costs than our gas boiler, we're very happy.

Exceptional. Unhesitatingly recommended. I did a lot of research on heat pumps before obtaining any quotes for work, and when I saw that Jason was 'Heat Geek' trained I knew that I had to include him. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to engage with the ideas and thoughts that I had about our system. We decided to work with him even though his was not the cheapest quote, but we know that we have the ideal system for our house, which will mean better savings year on year. Even when just supplying hot water in the summer, the system regularly works at over 400% (COP 4) (much better than the systems purchased by our neighbours from other installers), and at even better efficiency when the heating is on. All his work was completed to a high standard and the follow up after care has been excellent. I have since recommended Jason to two family members, both of which have chosen to work with him.

The whole experience of working with Clear Skies has been a joy. I knew from our first meeting that we were in good hands and that our heat pump system would be properly designed and take advantage of our very well insulated cottage. Of course the end result would depend on the abilities and quality of workmanship of your heating installation engineers. Jamie and Cam are first class practical engineers and took great care in removing the old oil-boiler and installing the new heat pump/ phase change battery system. The workmanship is of the highest standard with thought given to access to components for future maintenance. They were assured, worked with confidence and gave us a beautiful end result. Jason was - and is - absolutely brilliant - and we can't recommend him highly enough. He really knows his stuff and spent a long time ensuring we got the right air source heat pump for our house - and that we had the right size and number of radiators. The installation was excellent and his after-sales service is superb - nine months on he is still checking our system regularly to ensure it's performing well. The heat pump he installed is extremely quiet and extremely cheap to run.
