We have had solars installed last year, a leak through our roof appeared this year - the roof inspection was done by a trusted source and we have been informed that the solar installation has caused SEVERAL cracked tiles requiring replacement, it is clear Warmer energy are responsible as some of these cracked tiles are underneath the panels which they have installed! Warmer energy are continuing to ignore ALL our efforts to contact them! We are 4 weeks into making contact and still nothing! Not even acknowledgement, the ombudsman is now involved and we are not afraid to take legal action if there cannot be an agreement made. If I was looking to use Warmer energy, I’d think again if I was you! Such a shame but it’s these reviews which are important for true transparency of a company and how they operate, care or not care. Appreciate contact back to us as soon as possible!
Had solar panels fitted last year trying to get in contact last 8 weeks , can talk to anyone noone calls back £21k had our money !! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Thank you so much to Tom and Jason for all their hard work fitting our new batteries and to Ben for teaching me the Solarman App this morning, it’s been amazing seeing everything working today and being effectively off grid all day and still 50% left in the battery.
