A 7kWh heat pump was speedily installed at my property by a very efficient and friendly team of engineers, who worked adroitly to minimise disruption. The work was completed on Friday, and on the following Monday the resultant debris (carboard boxes, old gas boiler, etc) which had been carefully stored on my driveway, was removed. The heat pump works well and is quieter than I expected. Would highly recommend this company.

Highly Recommend!! We had our survey done by Chris and he was very knowledgeable and informative. Water Tank and LG ASHP were delivered on time.. special thanks to a very young man who did a lot of lifting and carrying in on a very wet day. Installation by Pete & Matt. Both worked incredibly hard to find all the necessary pipework and completed what seemed like a very complicated puzzle on time. They were working in an old property that needed floorboards lifting and hardly any room for mistakes. Electrician Leon and another gentleman then finished off all the electrics and explained the system to us. We replaced an old gas boiler so looking forward to seeing how the system works in winter. As we were upgrading all our old doors & windows and had adequate insulation we only had to size up on three radiators. So far have only really used for hot water. ASHP outside is very quiet .. just a very low humming noise when in use. Not an issue what so ever. So far so good. Reasonably happy and grateful for government grant of £7,500 too. We have plans to redecorate soon so will box in pipework and water tank eventually which is in our kitchen. The only thing I would say is that if someone had told us that the water tanks rest on the floor and are not mounted we would have placed a piece of carpet or foam mat under the tank over our kitchen laminates to hide the old flooring underneath. Once tank installed it's hard to move without draining and disconnecting. Many Thanks again for all in the Team. Much appreciated.

Through the Solar Shed Ltd we were handed over to Climate Save Renewables Ltd to do the job. We had a site visit by Liam in the first instance so he could understand what, where and how the job was to proceed. A date was agreed and on said date, James the sparky appeared to start the job. A couple of hours later another employee (sorry forgot the name) arrived with the panels and started the roof installation. If there hadn’t been a snag with a cable run on the day I’m sure it would have been done and dusted in the same day, however it meant that James had to return the next day to finish off. Everything is working as it should, any questions I had were either sent to the Solar Shed Ltd or in some instances I went straight to CSR Ltd and whoever I asked an answer was almost answered by return (email). Climate Save Renewables know their stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (or Solar Shed) to anybody who enquires about our solar system 👍

It has been a real pleasure to deal with Steve and his team at Climate Save Renewables. The install of our ASHP and the more recent upgrade of a solar PV to include battery storage has been carried out with the minimum disruption. The workmanship is excellent. The handover of both systems was very thorough. The aftercare has also been exemplary, including a warranty repair which was carried out with no fuss. The fact is that since the install of the ASHP, our home has never been more comfortable, and we have lived here for 50 years. I have no hesitation in recommending Climate Save Renewables.

A very neat installation completed by Steve's teams last week and the system is running very nicely. The system and pipework they had to integrate with was not straightforward and I appreciated the attention to detail and flexibility in catering to my probably unusual/unreasonable requirements!

Frequently asked questions

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?

We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.

What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?

We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.

What will the full installation cost be, and what’s included in your quote?

Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can you help me access government grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.

How much disruption should I expect during installation, and how long does it take?

A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.

Will I need to replace my radiators or upgrade anything else in my home?

After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

How noisy is the outdoor unit and where will it be installed?

Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.

What warranties, servicing and aftercare do you provide?

You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.

What running costs and savings can I realistically expect compared to my current boiler?

We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
