Just had Sam out to install a new optimiser within my solar edge system, which CSR had previously installed in 2022. Sam was both personable and professional and following the install waited patiently to ensure everything showed up correctly on the customer app before leaving.

I don't give 5 stars lightly but the team of people at Climate Change Renewables have been exceptional. It started with a phone call and then a visit from Kevin at the Solar Shed, local to us. This man has enthusiasm about renewable energy that should be bottled. Went through many options and data but in layman's terms. Never pushy, in fact quite the opposite, sent detailed quote and then left it up to us. After deciding to go ahead we quickly had a visit by Steve for survey. Shortly after that a date for work was arranged, a bit of a wait but that's quite reassuring as it proves they're busy. Scaffolding went up by 3 amazing guys (didn't get names) who were so respectful of our property and were working in temps in the mid 30's. Then Kai and his side kick came to fit panels, again amazing workmanship in ridiculously high temperatures and a really lovely guy - happy to explain things too. Then electrician Rob and Brody came to connect everything. Things weren't straightforward and unable to complete on the day but no bodging and actually conscious of getting it done to high standard and quality. Made a detailed plan of what was needed and how to execute and got office to arrange a further visit. A week later electrician Dylan came to finish the job, took a further day and a half to do the job to such a high standard and so neat. An essential part was missing and even managed to get it sorted and delivered from over 70 miles away in under 3 hours. Even all the empty boxes and other rubbish left over is then arranged to be collected within a few days. The system is then checked and explained before electrician leaves. The last stage is then for the office to arrange for all necessary paperwork and certificates to be provided - needed to get paid for export. This is frustrating but out of the hands of suppliers as currently getting virtually free electricity (daily cost under £1 including 60p daily standing charge) but could have £3.50 - £4 income ATM but can't until paperwork back and SEG approved by electricity company. If I want to be really picky then I could mention a couple of issues with office omitting to order an essential component. Price was competitive, workmanship outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and actually already have.

Excellent work and attitude from Dylan and Ky both very polite and respectful, can’t fault their work. It’s a shame the same can’t be said for the man in charge, who lied to us about why his work men weren’t there on time.

Outstanding work from start to finish. Steve was very informative and guided us through everything. Reece and Max got the install underway and communicated on every step. Pete and Sam were really professional with plumbing and electrics, even on the hottest day of the year in loft. They did a full handover once completed and got the new system up and running in the time they said they would. William sorted all administration and arranged for the collection of the old boiler and rubbish the next day. We will definitely be using these guys for solar panels when ready. Thoroughly recommend them for your complete climate save installations. Well done everyone. Kev and Claire Boswell.
