Delta have just installed an Air Source Heat Pump in my property. Prior to this, I had just been let down by Octopus Energy who couldn't install the heat pump because the house is a special Passive House build. Delta stepped in and delivered way beyond my expectations. The challenges that blocked Octopus completely seemed like mild inconveniences for Chester and the team and my house went from being impossible to fit a heat pump to the most natural looking installation in just over a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a heat pump installation done right.

Delta handled our change from old electric storage heaters to a new air-pump heating system. Our house is circa 1925 and small and cluttered, so the job was never going to be easy! However the engineers from Delta were very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and handled everything in their stride. Any issues that I flagged (which were few) were handled very quickly.
