We are thrilled with our new Heat Pump, the communication was clear and the notifications were very helpful, the installation engineers were first class and the handover was clear. Very professional! Thank you all. We would thoroughly recommend!
We used Delta T to install a heat pump in our house in March this year. This involved removing our old gas boiler and installing new plumbing and electrics. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Charlie (Technical Director) was generous with advice and information and discussions with our local authority even before we had decided to go ahead with them, and all our questions were answered clearly and promptly. The team of plumbers and electrician who did the installation were a delight, and explained everything beautifully. They were with us for some time but were always considerate and left the works clean and orderly at the end of every day. Communications were always clear and helpful. We are absolutely delighted with the new system which kept us beautifully warm in cold Spring weather. We warmly recommend Delta Eco Heating systems.

Delta have just installed an Air Source Heat Pump in my property. Prior to this, I had just been let down by Octopus Energy who couldn't install the heat pump because the house is a special Passive House build. Delta stepped in and delivered way beyond my expectations. The challenges that blocked Octopus completely seemed like mild inconveniences for Chester and the team and my house went from being impossible to fit a heat pump to the most natural looking installation in just over a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a heat pump installation done right.
