We contacted Earth NRG after a personal recommendation.Their representative Nigel came round and gave us very valuable advice on the options with no pressure. They were honest in terms of time frames and costs. When they arrived they were very friendly and professional in all respects, completed the work in the promised time frames and left the house immaculate. We are thrilled with the finished product and would highly recommend this firm
I had a brand new system installed last September, with brand new ASHP, hot water cylinder and 10x radiators and was introduced to Earth Nrg via Heat Geek. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic, special thanks to Harvey and George for all their help, nothing was too much and I was kept up to date from the initial contact and survey through to the install and commissioning. A year on and the system is still working great, house is always perfectly warn and most importantly it's both cheap and efficient to run too!
Absolutely fabulous. Nigel was so helpful and knowledgeable. They even fitted on a Sunday so I didn’t have to close my business down for a day. Excellent quality and competitive price, I had a few quotes but this company ended up the best price and I couldn’t imagine any better workmanship. 100% recommend them.
First-class service from start to finish! Nigel came to quote and three weeks later our split air conditioning system is in and operational. His installation was very tidy and he worked well with his electrician (Ant) who also did an excellent job. Our Midea system is fully Home Assistant compatible so we can set schedules and routines with ease. All communications were incredibly quick and professional and we are more than happy to recommend Earth NRG to anyone.
