As a landlord living 50 miles away its difficult to organise trades for repairs. Dean was fantastic, prompt, patient, polite & professional - he was able to organise fitting a boiler with my tenant and organise access to the outside via the flat below with my neighbour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thanks Dean.

I'm always a bit wary of using trades people i don't know. I needed a boiler service and now I know Dean. A true testament to his profession. Fitted me in to his schedule agreeing a time and date. He arrived promptly with no issues, completed my service in no time at all. Very clean and tidy workman. An extremely friendly and genuine fella. I wouldn't use anybody else now.
