Great chat and gave us a teddy of their mascot which my daughter absolutely loves. I asked for a quote and was pretty high, phoned again for alternative quote for cheaper batteries but no quote was sent from her.
Based on a recommendation, we asked Northern Renewables to quote for and then install a solar panel system with battery. We found them really straightforward to deal with. They explained everything clearly and did everything they promised. The team on the day could not have been more helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.
After being let down 3 times by Octopus, I turned to Northern Renewable Centre, i wish i had done it earlier., Staff were polite and knowledgable and easy to speak to to help with any questions i had, they got back to me quickly and we sorted an indicative price before going in to finalise the Solar system that we wanted. Price was competitive and after talking it through, I selected the 14 panel, 15KW Sigen system.. From start to finish it took just 2 months. On the installation day the team arrived and cracked on, they were friendly and polite, cleaned everything up after themselves and it was up and running in a day. Can’t fault it from start to finish.
After doing some research of local companies renewable energy companies, I chose Northern renewable centre, from the first call to the last, if I had any questions they were but a call away. the install was smooth with as little disturbance as possible and kept me updated. all rubbish was tidied and cleaned up after themselves. if you are thinking about renewables, defiantly worth giving them a call.
Used these after I had a recommendation, cannot fault them! From the start meeting Rachael in the office to later that afternoon Dan coming to my house. Both very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and installing. Turned up on time done a brilliant installation and left the place clean and tidy. After care is also brilliant.
