We used Energize in 2021 to supply and install our Air Source Heat Pump, and have recommended them to friends locally since. Given the excellent service we've received from Energize since day one, we were always going to use them again when we finally decided to have Solar and a Home Battery installed. From initial engagement, quotation and site visit, through finalising our requirements, to installation and commissioning the service that we have received from Russ, Joe and the rest of the Energize team has been of the highest order. Considering Solar, Home Batteries or Air Source Heat Pumps can feel overwhelming, when trying to ensure that you are making the best, well informed decisions for the investment you are making in your home, and Energize provided the information and explanations that we needed to invest with confidence, and the solution that we now have has met and exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend Energize highly enough.

This is a long term review for our experience with Energize and a Heat Pump installation - basically they are fantastic !! From the initial contact to a number of visits and discussion it was a great experience. Chris was great and goes out of his way to explain all options and helped at all times with further questions we had via WhatsApp. The install was done in 2-3 days, a minor issue came up on some extra pipework that was needed and Energize does absorbed this since they had not allowed for it in the initial quote (we hardly knew it was even being carried out and only noticed some extra pipes had been delivered and wondered what they were for !! - they just got on with it). Installation team all very friendly and professional and kept us up to date on progress as things went along. After installation, one of the team setup the system to maximise the Octopus tariff and explained all the setup. Since the install in April 2026, there have been no issues and Chris is always available for any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Energize (we visited a friend who also had used them before we called them up and they too were very impressed with them).
Great service, Joe knows all the details of the products he supplied and could answer all are queries we had. Very professional throughout the purchasing and fitting process. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to install the products supplied by Energize
