We are extremely satisfied with our solar installation and it was a pleasure to agree to a local installer to complete the job after spending some time in research and obtaining quotes from several other companies. Although never having installed a Sigenergy inverter and battery system before, Nick at ESS was more than happy to add Sigen to their knowledge base and obtain and fit the kit that we requested. The install and commissioning was straightforward with Nick giving it a good 9 out of 10 which cannot be bad for a first install. Thus very happy with our choice of inverter and can also thoroughly recommend ESS as an installer for houses or larger premises. Nothing to do with ESS but do allow time for the whole process to be completed as it took 4 weeks for G99 agreement from the DNO before install and then another 4 weeks after the install for the DNO to agree to power export. All in all - A Great Job done.

Highly recommended. We used ESS to install solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. They were able to complete the installation when Octopus Energy would not, with Nick and his team finding solutions to overcome some design challenges. They also went above and beyond to ensure the installation was neat and fitted within existing electrical cabinets, whereas other installers wanted to place equipment in our porch, which would have been unsightly. They have also been very quick to respond to any follow-up questions. In short, ESS provided a friendly, efficient service, and we could not be happier with the result.
