A great company! Had multiple issues with another well-known heating firm who had overcharged my dad and left his heating system in an absolute state during winter. Called twice, said they’d ring back. Never rang back, called another couple of times never answered. A friend said they’d call them and still never heard back. Waste of time, would rather a straight answer than just ignorant behaviour, would never use again
