I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I find myself so impressed with the annual service we received that I have been moved to do so. The technician (Ryan) came with the most polite attitude and engaged in pleasant conversation during the whole time he was here. We talked through technical issues, concerns and even solutions should things go awry. I have 2 air source heat pumps, which he cleaned and serviced to a level we have not seen before. He is a credit to the company and should be recognised for his approach to customer facing interactions and level of service he provides.
Cannot recommend EOC Services Ltd enough . The engineer came on time , was extremely thorough, was very knowledgeable, our air source has never been serviced to the extent of this before . Would 100% recommend. Thankyou to all involved
