Great service, look no further. Just moved to the area and spent a good while calling up heating engineer/plumbers with little success. Used Neon on two separate occasions now. - Always answer the phones quickly - Listen well and book in the right service - Arrange a visit sometimes surprisingly soon. - Very friendly service with questions answered and things explained simply. - Advice offered on avoiding issues with your system in the future. Great experience with neon heating start to finish, Austyn came out to assess our poorly combi boiler and advised on fitting a new boiler. ( we were very aware that our old one had seen better days and was past the point of repair. ) Having a baby under one in the house… Austyn acted on the severity of our situation with no heating and hot water and we had a quote for a new one very quickly. Start to finish we had a call out, quote and then new boiler fitted in just over a week! Both Austyn and the young lad with him worked to an amazing standard with complete respect for our property. Even being quiet when our baby was having a nap. They truly were great! I can’t thank you enough for getting it all sorted as promptly as you did! So very grateful. ☺️

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
