1st failed to even show with no calls whatsoever to explain. On the Wednesday. Then turn up 2 hours early without a builder and when asked to leave claims he and his pal felt threatened. A week later . Then turns up with the head of some council department and burns my carpet fails to fit valves to one radiator even though the bloke had them in his hand when the head bloke left .. Left bathroom rad leaking bedroom one not working. And a gas safety test where the boiler started whistling when turned on in the evening. Would I use them no . The bloke sat here stating he was months away from being a qualified gas engineer . Yet he fitted new rads and gas safety checked my boiler according to them. Hopefully they lose the contract with Hammersmith council. And then today he is outside and swears at me because he had to pay for the carpet he burnt.

Anything above 1 star would be a criminal offence. Where do I start?!? I woke up Oct 1st 2025, to find a large puddle of water that had leaked from my boiler overnight onto my kitchen worktop. I reported it to my council who have a contract with this company. I was told someone would come within 24 hours and much to my surprise someone showed up within a few hours (only reason for 1 star). He claimed there was a blockage someone and he removed the debris, he was in and out in 15-20 mins. Within 2 hours of him leaving the boiler started to leak again. I called the council the next morning and they said someone will be out to inspect. Another person came and he said and did the exact same thing as the previous engineer; he stayed for 10 mins! Shortly after he left the boiler started to leak AGAIN, so I had to report the leak AGAIN. A days/weeks later the original engineer shows up and says he knows what the issue is, he changes a part and says I promise you it is fixed, “I will even come back tomorrow after work and knock on your door to check”. Did he show up the next day?…no! Did the boiler leak again?…Yes! So I report it for a 4th time, I’m told I have to wait a some time (several days) for an engineer to attend. Due to the leakage and not being able to catch the water properly the wood boxing around the pipe work has become damp and expanded. The engineer eventually comes says he knees exactly what the issue is but he needs to order a part and was in and out of the property in 5 mins. The job then gets rebooked and the boiler was eventually fixed and he said he would log in his report that the wood boxing would need to be replaced, somebody would contact us. So, it took 8 weeks to fix a leak and 5 visits from 4 engineers to fix. Nobody contacted me about the boxing so I had to contact the council again, because of the busy Christmas period I was told the first available date was the first full week in Jan. I booked a morning appointment and nobody showed up. I call the council and they say Thermoserv have said the engineer had an emergency but someone else will be attending. The engineer shows up an hour before I had to leave to go on the school run. He said he doesn’t have the right wood or access panel to install that day but he promises he would be back to do the work. He calls his office and puts it on loudspeaker and they booked a job for the following week. The following week comes and again the timeslot is missed. We call again, the info we received is that the engineer was stuck on another job and he is on his way. Our bell rings and it is a totally different guy from the week before. He said he only started with the company the day before and he was given the job half an hour ago. He doesn’t have the tools, the wood or any info on the job to do it today. He said he could tell how frustrated I was with everything, so he personally promised to come back when someone would be at home to do the work. We booked in for the following Tuesday and guest what?…nobody showed up! I called the council yet again, thermoserv contact me directly and say they are so sorry. The engineer was unprofessional for contacting you and that they have decided to relieve him of his duties as a result. I said I don’t want anyone to lose their job but if he is going to lose his then the others need to too! The woman claims that there is a shortage of wood from their suppliers and that is why there has an issue with the previous visits. I said so you can’t pick up a piece of plywood from b&q or wickes? She said it doesn’t work like that we don’t have accounts with them. She said we can book you in for 2 weeks time on Feb 6th. I said how do you the supply issue will be fixed. She said that’s why I’m booking it for 2 weeks, so it should be sorted by then. I said I need an appointment time that factors in the school runs and if there is any reason why you can’t attend or the engineer is delayed I need immediate communication. Well guess what? Today is Feb 6th, they missed the morning slot and nobody has called me. The worst!

Very very unprofessional on the appointment that they give you and then also no quality of work that gets done 👎 Wouldn't use them ever again even for free service ❌❌❌ Wonder why they win contracts for low prices than other top company's........ Big No for me, they are waste of time ❌ ❌ 👎 ❌ 👎 ❌

If their drivers are a reflection of their company, then they’re worthy of no stars. The driver of their van, LF71 OVR, nearly took my front bumper off, cutting me up on the south circular through Forest Hill as he jumped a queue of traffic and cut in - all whilst sat on his phone and shouting expletives out the window. Disgusting behaviour.

Do not use these guys. They don't turn up during the specified time, they don't call to let you know, when you call they don't care that they didn't turn up and then lie and say you weren't home. Disgusting organisation. Dishonesty defined.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
