Absolutely amazing team came and did a complete new installation in the msot awkward property ever , I cant thank e plan enough for the great work and finished job its amazing. The team of lads that came are a total asset to the company. The supervisor was also great he explained everything to me what would be done and within 2 days the job was completed. E Plan have recently fitted a new combi boiler and thermostat in my home and the service that I received has been brilliant and done to a very high standard. I have been kept informed every step of the way, with my views been taken into consideration. The whole process went without a hitch, and everyone involved in the process has been amazing. Very professional. Group of lads came on appointed time and day. Changed 7 radiators and pipework. Took old boiler out and fitted with a more modern one. All within 6 hours. Kept dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up after. Took away all waste materials. Will recommend to family and friends.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
