FLO installed an air-to-air heat pump system to heat and cool our top floor tenement flat. The system has five room units with the external unit positioned by hydraulic platform in the roof valley. The system is simpler and more effective than an air-to-water-to-air heat pump, it has point of use water heating so it does not need to maintain a tank of hot water. The system has been working perfectly since installation is easy to use and economical to run, very economical if you sector heat or cooling to only the area of the flat you are using. FLO were neat, methodical and conscientious in their work. The installation is sound and workmanlike. The external unit is secure and safe in the roof valley the pipe and cable runs are well laid and protected in the attic void and the room units well placed in the five rooms they heat and cool. I recommend FLO without any reservation. They did a great job for us.
