Usless company, no customer relations and absolutely no customer care at all...tracking never works postcodes are invalid too apparently! they either don't turn up or turn up after the scheduled tines...why do companies use then? because the companies they work for have no customer care or relations either..

I can't thank Amplius and Fortem enough for the outstanding service I received today in the Huntingdon area. After finishing work, I realised I'd lost my keys and was absolutely devastated, especially knowing my two dogs had been inside the house for most of the day. I called Amplius' out-of-hours service, and from the very beginning they were kind, reassuring, and understanding. Although they explained it could take up to 24 hours, they listened when I explained how worried I was about my dogs and did everything they could to help. Just two hours later, Paul from Fortem, who covers the Huntingdon area, arrived. He even called me around 45 minutes beforehand to reassure me that he was on his way, which really helped calm me down. Paul was absolutely fantastic. He got the job sorted quickly, never once made me feel like I was being an inconvenience, and was genuinely cheerful and happy to help. He was also brilliant with my dogs, giving them a fuss and having a laugh with me despite the stressful situation. Paul is a real credit to Fortem and an absolute asset to the company. I'd also like to thank everyone at Amplius for handling the situation with such care and compassion. What started as a very stressful evening ended up being as painless as it possibly could have been. If this is the standard of service people in the Huntingdon area can expect from Amplius and Fortem, then they are in very good hands. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The work carried out in my home was outstanding buy the damp and mould team Andy and pete 1st day then Pete and Tom the shepherds till the end of the job ,i had to have the whole of my living room floor ripped out because of rising damp and wood worm all rotten and very unsafe! They worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done to the highest standards, it was a very stressful time for me and my husband and dog ! But there amazing customer service made it a much better experience 👍 friendly kind and hard working from day one to the end ,my dog smudge loved them both ,cheers guys you deserve a medal ,thank you and thank you fortem from Angela Howarth 💙

I'm disabiled and Fortum are my repair team for Birmingham City Council, the know I have a heart condition and suffered a brain bleed. I'm disabiled with a court order for discrimination in place that they ignored. I told them not to phone me they have given me chest pains harassing me with unwanted visits. Now I've had to get two solicitors involved. I don't believe these are bothered if they kill me though their actions to towards my health. The van in photo is how they drive this worker showed no id said he come to do a job then took off like this when I complained. Look at the driving what are they on. He smirked at me and left harassing a disabiled person, I had Futher chest pains after this. No care in the world of their actions even when driving lok at the car flashing this driver.
