I have just had a new boiler and new radiators installed in our flat by Gecko, and I have been very impressed. Nic spent a lot of time going through my options with me before the work was done, and then Darren and Lee who did the installation were polite, helpful, and took enormous trouble to make sure things ended up exactly as I wanted them, and so they would be functional and look good. I was really impressed, and grateful for their excellent workmanship and extremely helpful attitude.

Don't waste your time, this company doesn't get back to you. Tried over a week and they just don't bother. Get better service from a different company. Edit - this is a real review, and because you've said this is fake, I'm sending this to trading standards, because you're now lying on your replies too. I have proof you don't reply, and are a waste of time. Plus I only review terrible companies, so that's why they're negative. I rang and you didn't bother to get back to us. Your loss how dare you say my review is fake, shows what kind of company you are, calling things fake when they're not. If you don't reply to customers in need, expect a bad review. I'd be amazed if you're not just posting your own fale reviews on your own company, if you call real negative reviews fake.

Fantastic service from Gecko. They were able to come out within a couple of days of me making an enquiry, kept me informed by phone of exactly when the engineer was coming so I didn't have to wait around in the property and then they were really pleasant guys doing the job. I was so impressed that I immediately cancelled my British Gas Homecare Service.
