Needed help. Graphite were friendly and welcoming, told me not able to do today but ring with time. However, to aid the work, lady came out from the office to check what was needed so the engineer could come prepared to fix immediately. Great service. Would recommend

This is worst plumbing company in the local area, some of my family used them and Chris Hobson completely took advantage of them and overcharged/upsold as they are elderly, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor, be careful! Called out to repair leak behind shower, which they did and invoiced for. Then four more leaks occurred immediately! They said pipework was corroded and needed replacing entirely, a further quote for £2000. Why did they not tell us this when doing the first repair?!!! Very poor. Found other local companies who were much more efficient, cheaper and more honest with advice.
