We recently had a new Ideal Vogue Max 32 combi boiler installed and recommended by Ben Brookman. We were very impressed with his work, the installation was carried out to a high standard and left clean and tidy throughout. Ben was happy to answer our questions and gave us clear and helpful advice during the process. The carbon monoxide alarm was also appreciated which he leaves with every boiler install. We would happily recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again for future work.

New Years Eve and bang...water leak in pipe system...drove past Ben doing some work on Pebsham Lane and called. Absolutely fantastic and helpful. I was in urgent need of a replacement boiler. My current boiler wouldnt stop leaking and over the course of 3 years we had 4 different plumbers make various repairs but it never solved the problem. Brooklyn plumbing and heating were brilliant from the start. We were given clear options as we couldnt afford a boiler replacement without taking out finance. We were given several options , and applying was simple and easy and the finance options were surprisingly much more affordable than i originally thought. With only a week to go until Christmas our boiler developed a leak. I called Ben and he kindly visited the next day. Ben showed me the leak from a weld in the heat exchange and there was no doubt we needed a new boiler ASAP. He recommended an Ideal Logic Max and advised of other various option to improve the system. Brookman Plumbing and Heating were very kind as they understood the replacement needed to be fitted urgently and agreed to fit us in before Christmas. The boiler was installed today 23rd December. Great Service, very professional and a really nice guy to chat to. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future plumbing and heating, air conditioning requirements. My boiler packed up on Monday and I called Ben to sort it. A new boiler was needed and Ben provided me with three options to consider. I opted for the one with a ten year warranty. Ben was also able to provide me with a link to arrange finance at a competitive rate. Once arranged the boiler was fitted a few days later. The work was carried out very competently and fitted well. Ben also help me with usage instruction and linking to a phone app. I have used Ben for my heating issues for a few years now and will continue to do so.
