Ben was absolutely fantastic! He repaired my AC unit and did exactly what was needed to get it fully functioning and working perfectly again. He was professional, knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I’m really pleased with the service and would highly recommend Ben to anyone needing their AC repaired. Ben did and absolutely phenomenal job. We were a little nervous going with a new air conditioning system from a company we hadn't used before, but Ben and his team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. There was a small teething issue with one of the components (manufacturer fault) and Ben spent time talking to Panasonic and working with them to get it resolved ASAP. I can't recommend him highly enough

Getting a heat pump was a big decision for us, as it is not cheap but it seems like a positive move forward away from use of gas. We also have solar and this combination seems to be a good way of off setting cost - even more so if you have a battery, this would potentially be a future addition. Ben was very supportive throughout, answering our MANY questions. Our property is victorian with double glazing in the basement but not upstairs and very high ceilings upstairs with little modern insulation. The heat loss survey was informative and we really only required new radiators where very old badly functioning ones were in place. The install week was full on, but Ben and his team worked quickly and efficiently putting together the design including setting up a concrete plinth for the heat pumps. Heat pumps come with a lot of kit and are definitely are not pretty but the finished set up is neat and as compact as it can be. Ben went through all the set up and how it functions and it seems straightforward. At the moment we havent used the heating function, only the water, but hope as we move into colder months the design will surpass the boiler in being able to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the house.
