Finding myself without heating/hot water, I popped into Safe Gas to see if they could help. Within a couple of hours Mark came round and gave me the news I'd half expected ... new boiler time. After a chat and couple of emails later, imagine how surprised I was when they VERY kindly shuffled their schedule around and ... Well the next day! Early morning (early for me) Dan and Mick turned up and within the day, new boiler up and running. Can't thank them enough for not only their speedy service, but for their friendly help and advice. After being let down by the co. our insurance company sent, we were in a bad situation with no heating or hot water for over a week. Mark and team were able to come on a same day callout and we had a brand new boiler fitted two days later. Upon finding a small issue with a radiator post installation, they sent someone out within an hour. We really appreciated the efficiency, transparency and communication with Safe Gas and highly recommend! Had issues with my boiler and called up. the member of staff who answered was very professional, polite and patient. Gave advice on what was the best course of action with the issue I was having and I had an engineer out the following day who was able to diagnose the problem. They were able to source the part needed that day and came back to fix it. Pricing was clear and no hidden fees. I hope I don't, but if I were to have another issue in the future I would definitely be using them again.
