I called this plumber for a quote and was disappointed to be charged a £108 call-out fee that was never disclosed upfront. No work was performed; the plumber simply confirmed the exact issue I had already accurately described over the phone - a process that could have easily been handled via photos had they been requested. Pricing transparency is essential, and charging this amount for a simple estimate without any prior notification is poor practice. Following this experience and because of these hidden fees and the lack of communication, I cannot recommend their services and will be looking elsewhere in future.
Heathlands provide an excellent timely service and are very flexible in responding to our requirements. We needed a new boiler just before Christmas and Chris and the team pulled out all the stops to get everything sorted before finishing work for the festive period. Based on our experience I can thoroughly recommend Heathlands for domestic service work.
Heathlands fitted a new hot water cylinder for me; working punctually, and quietly to deliver what they promised. I will certainly use them again if needed.
Heathlands provided a quick response to my enquiry and an engineer was available to fix our toilet cistern. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and offered appropriate options for fixing the problem. Will definitely use them again, thank you!
