This is the first time I have used Hereford Heating Ltd but will definitely use them again for boiler maintenance. Great communication all the way through and a polite, knowledgeable engineer.
First class service - from booking/paying through to work undertaken by the engineer. Text to advise time of engineers arrival (with ability to track if reqd) very useful.
We had been let down by local plumber, Hereford Heating came out promptly and diagnosed and rectified the issue, great service , will definitely use moving forward
This review is aimed for the lads who did the work they are about my two sons age, the one is so adorable. They worked non stop for 11.5 hrs they did so well, only young, they were on time getting here. The heavy lifting etc they had to do going in & out of flat, its hard work. They cleaned up after themselves. They have many homes to do with a boiler change. There is another couple that do same. Glad I had the lads such hard workers. To many judge young workers as slackers. But these two worked so hard and must be so tiring. Hope they get a pay rise. ❤️
Feel very secure knowing heating had full service lass very polite and helpful
