Excellent professional and friendly service at a competitive price. I had a range of quotes and Hereford Heating were the most thorough in their assessment; the best price for the same boiler and made me feel like they wanted my business. The company clearly has an excellent customer service ethic as everyone I dealt with from the lady in accounts to the guys that installed my boiler were charming and professional. Really good to find a local company with such excellent service.

We are so grateful we were introduced to Hereford Heating after making the move to the county just over a year ago. We used the team for a couple of band aid repairs whilst we determined the requirements of a major heating overhaul. Graham made several visits to the property providing us with ROM costings and options based on a maturing concept. Once all the options were in we made our decisions based on future proofing the design for next stages and received a detailed quote for the works to be undertaken. This was a meticulous breakdown with a thorough work schedule provided preparing us for the installation. The back office team kept us well informed and once the installation team under Richard’s direction arrived on site they set about providing us with daily updates on what they would be doing and had done. They moved around the property with the utmost respect and kept work areas safe, secure, clean, and tidy. Ensuring at the end of every day rooms were habitable or secure for follow up activities. In essence the advice and service provided had been exemplary from start to finish and we have no hesitation in both recommending and using Hereford Heating again. The team take a personal pride in delivering a first class service and it was fantastic to see the engineers working with the apprentice (Chloe) on a real world installation in an old and sometimes difficult property to accommodate the solution we had requested, but they have done this and gone the extra mile in our eyes to make this brief period of upheaval and easily managed process for us. It is a joy to have an efficient system that delivers heating and hot water on demand once more. Thank you team

2 very friendly and polite men recently serviced my heating system, they were very understanding that i needed to leave for the school run and even put the stuff back into my cupboard for me even though i insisted i would do it once they'd finished! Customer Service are always easy to get hold of (and actually speak to a human) and getting reminders of visits and when theyre on their way definately helps! Thanks guys!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The ladies in the office were friendly and super helpful when we started having problems with the boiler, as soon as we moved in to our new house. It was looked at the same day but was beyond repair Graham was superb working out which new boiler suited our property and fitted the job in quickly. When Richard arrived to fit the boiler, we knew we were in good hands. He has so much experience and any challenges the old system threw up, he instantly knew how to solve. His attention to detail is off the scale, he works so hard and would not leave each night until the working area was immaculate. Also need to mention Sam and Chloe who were both excellent and a credit to the company. Thank you so much Hereford Heating. Having a new boiler installed should be a stressful experience but your team made it pleasant and easy.

I was impressed by the job been done by Charlie. It’s been 2 years that we had a problem with our heating radiators, but now after all the four valves been changed our heating system works great now. Thanks to Charlie for the excellent job been done. Looking forward to seeing him again next year.
