I unreservedly recommend Wayne - it's rare to find someone so expertly knowledgeable and so determined to achieve perfection. He started with a careful survey, identified the problem and then got stuck into fixing it. He's a Mitsubishi and Daikin heatpump expert, but more than this he is an expert in the broader topic of complete heating and hot water installations too and has the right tools for the work. When he does a service, he checks everything, not just the heatpump.

After being in our new build rented property for almost 2 years i have to say that thanks to Wayne we finally have our heat pump sorted. After all this time saying it isn't working and After all this time living with a complete bodge, Wayne has fixed it for us and our neighbours. To finally get someone that speaks English firstly, that shows you what the issues were and then fixes it all in one evening was great. Unfortunately our builders had completely fudged it, wrong pipes, no pipe glue, wired wrong, settings wrong and over 6 visits. And now After Wayne visits once it's properly sorted. This will be saving me hundreds a month and the government or councils need to look into these cheap labour fudge jobs done on new builds. God knows what could of gone wrong or how much more it could of cost. Or even what disasters could of happened. Really thankful for Wayne and this company, doing things the right way. Could literally save lives given the state ours was in.

Had an annual boiler service carried out. Very professional and polite, and went the extra mile when they didn’t have to. Showed me how to use the boiler setting properly and probably saved me 40% on my energy usage. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with the work Wayne did to install an air conditioning unit. He explained patiently and in “plain English”, what the process would involve, there was no hard sell or confusing jargon. It was a pleasure to do business with him.The installation was completed on the date agreed, Wayne worked long hours with hardly a break and when the work was finished, the place was left immaculate, the packaging and odd bits of “rubbish” were taken away.
