Guys doing the installation were great however management is completely disorganised, untrustworthy, and unable to meet basic business expectations. Emails chains dropped multiple times, do not respond to calls, and flat out ignore questions.
We are very happy with the service we have just received from HES. There was no hard sell but instead a visit and explanation from a sympathetic sales representative followed by a reasonable quote. Everything moved quickly and the installation team were polite, efficient and friendly. All local people and a tidy installation. There were no hitches and everything was done for us with no chasing required.
HES have installed, solar, and battery for me. All dealings with them from initial contact with Martin, through installation, Nick and the two apprentices, was excellent. Even the follow up of all documentation was very speedy. I very highly recommend this company.
I had 16 panels and 2 x 5.2 kWh Duracell batteries installed by HES. Martin was very knowledgeable, efficient and informative from start to finish. Nick, Ollie and Alfie who installed the system were great and Nick explained everything and answered all my questions. Martin and Nick remain very supportive post installation in helping me navigate the system. I would highly recommended HES and will use them again when I have an EV charger in the future. Thanks very much for a great service.
This was truely a 5 star experience. The attention to detail from start to finish stands out. I had a 10 panel installation with battery and EV charger. Nick and his team, who are really nice fellas, told me what they were going to do each day and made sure I was happy with it before starting. With all the drilling and banging, the work area was left clean and tidy. Martin, who did the survey, must also be praised. There’s no hard sell with him, another really nice fella. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business. Well done a thanks HES,all the very best for the future.
