Shocking driving through the village of Forder. Hodge Management need to report their drivers for dangerous driving through a 20 mile an hour Zone. They use the excuse they are fitted with trackers and do not speed. Devon and Cornwall police need to investigate the dangerous driving and check the Trackers urgently
