Excellent firm. They have been in this business for a very long time and they know what they are doing. Customer service is brilliant - they looked after our old heat pump for years and when it finally reached the end of its life (after 18 years) they bent over backwards to get us a new one installed in time for Christmas. Back office team is hugely efficient, always get a quick response. Engineers are highly knowledgeable, very considerate and polite, and clearly take a pride in their work. I recommend IMS very highly indeed.

I had high hopes but it's been terrible. ASHP constantly has water flow errors and stops working. IMS recommended water compensation setting even though thermostat needs internet (fails if no internet, why?!). Their communications is also terrible, phones not picked up, voicemail not replied, emails unanswered. 3 months since switched on and nothing's improved.

Very neat and tidy installation with no issues. Brad worked well with my builder and the other tradesman to make sure the heat pump and UFH were all fitted and working well.
