This company is a sham. Two appointments made to resolve guttering issues, and in both occasions they didn’t turn up. The first ended up being completed on a Saturday, this time they didn’t even want to let me know…… so that’s two days annual leave I can’t get back. Considering this is a new build the guttering only has 1 down pipe when the design and others have two……. Shocking When I do ring…. All they say is “I need to discuss this with the supervisor/manager” Don’t trust them to turn up let alone deliver a good service…

Aggressive driving at 6AM on a busy motorway. Their staff clearly thrive off intimidating a young woman on her way to work, gesturing excessively when I was simply indicating to move into their lane and refusing to allow me to move over. Disgusting behaviour & judging by previous comments on their driving habits, one of their drivers will one day cause a serious accidents.

Toilet was found to be damaged during new build bathroom installation and installation of pipes was also faulty leading to water leak. Unwilling to accept responsibility or offer recompense despite independent plumber claiming this was the cause. Also had previous issues with en-suite shower installation. Very disappointed with service provided.and cannot recommend.

If you have a boiler fitted by this place then . You made a bad decision . The rads are cheap( Really cheap ) they can't even fit bleed valves right , Everyone of them in my house are cross threaded . All of my tvr on both ends have like two wraps of tape on . They have been out to my house more then my family have and that's not a joke. But they will come for the 2 year Wardency an put a plaster on it every week or month , till it ends then tell you to jog on when it's been the 2 years an the same thing wat keeps braking, even if you are willing to pay . Cheap lazy work and has cost me nore then you can think for new rads in a 4 bed house , because of all the pools of water in every room every morning afternoon an night I have to go and mop , I had to rip my new carpet up because the was a big pach . And have to keep filling the tank up twice a day because of the lose of water an they said to me that's normal. Stop using your heating all the time . WORK CHEAP . STAFF CHEEP . MATERIALS ARE CHEAP. Stay away from here

Don't rate prestige. Bellway use the worst possible contractors in their builds. Far from friendly and professional, jobs treated like a burden - completely forgetting they've made the mistake.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
