Wonderful experience with Prime Air AC! It was the middle of January, wind howling like mad, London feeling like a giant fridge at 5°C so ofcourse we needed even more chill. Decided to future-proof and install some proper AC systems for guests before the Sauna season in July. Called Prime Air AC, and El Capitain Raz and the 3 Musketeers — Marius, Sorrin, and Nick — arrived faster than our kettle boiled, tooled up and ready to just get the job done. Raz sized up the job with elite precision, and gave a classic nod: “Right, let’s bring the cool.” Onwards they went to: • Install new, best of the best whisper-quiet AC systems across the hotel • Explained everything clearly, no jargon nonsense • Skipped the hard-sell add-ons • Tested it — and brought it all to life on time and on budget. We’re now ready to dominate summer, and the bright prospect of energy bills looking sensible. All we can hope for now is a long Indian summer so we can sit back and just enjoy. Faultless experience from start to finish. Razvan came out the next day to quote for our residential system, which was installed in 5 rooms within less than a month of my enquiry. The highly skilled engineers were polite and their attention to detail was incredible, with neat ducting and no mess whatsoever. The installation took two full days and they worked hard throughout. A great find and I highly recommend them.
