They have provided an excellent heat pump solution for our home. Lucasz understood our requirements, able to give advice where needed, and he created a system that other companies either didn't want to or said wasn't doable. In our case, we wanted the water tank in the loft and most companies didn't want to do that because it was a harder job. The quote given was reasonable, somewhere in the middle of the range been given, not too low that you're sceptical about the quality of service and not too high that you're getting over quoted. Lucasz was great at communication, managing expectations, and completed the job in a timely manner. Post installation, he has been able to answer all our questions, checked in when we've had a bit of a worry, and always offered to come over and check it (within the same day or next). We approached several companies to provide quotes to supply and install an air source heat pump in our home. Lukasz came to our home, discussed our requirements and provided a detailed quote. We had supplementary questions which he responded to really quickly and he was able to quote for an alternative brand of ASHP we wished to consider, in addition both Lukasz and his wife Klaudia provided all relevant accreditation and insurance documentation we asked for by return. They were polite, professional, friendly and arrived on time every day, stayed late to make sure we had hot water on the first day of installation works and used first class trades to assist with the concrete plinth and electrics. Our home was treated with respect and the working areas were left spotless after each working day. It was a complete pleasure to work with Lukasz, Klaudia and the team and we are beyond delighted with the quality of their work, their friendly and professional approach and our chosen ASHP. I highly recommend Łukasz as a plumber. He has helped me on a number of occasions, dealing with various issues with my old boiler, and he was always polite, prompt, and quick to find the right solution. Recently, he replaced my boiler with a new one, and I’m extremely happy with how efficient, clean, and professional his work was. On top of that, he replaced the radiator valves and cleared a blocked drainage pipe in the garden. Above all, Łukasz is very kind and respectful, always mindful when working in someone’s home. We had Luzasz advise on the best options for a new heat pump installation as part a upgrade to remove the old oil system. We had options and were explained the pros and cons. We agreed on a 16kw Samsung system coupled with new radiators and underfloor heating. Lukasz delivered the equipment on time and worked along side other trades to get the installation done on time and to the agreed quote. The system works as we hoped and it has proved reliable and efficient, we have had 12months of use without any problems. In combination of battery and solar system we can see a significant reduction in our energy costs, with no compromise in comfort. We highly recommend Lukasz and his team.
