I am so glad I appointed Lucasz (LW Pipe and his team)! I had an old ASHP decommissioned and a new ASHP with a Thermal Battery installed in 4 days. Lucasz is synonymous with Kindness, Efficiency and Focus and he and his team were extremely pleasant and respectful. The install is a great success and I highly recommend Lucasz to anyone seeking honest competency and a positive experience with a smile as a free bonus!

We recently purchased a house that had no plumbing or heating system at all, so finding the right company for such a major project was incredibly important. We feel extremely fortunate that we found LW Pipe Solutions. From the very beginning, Lukasz was responsive, reliable, professional, and genuinely friendly. He visited the property promptly, carried out a thorough assessment, and provided us with a very detailed quotation that was clear, transparent, and fairly priced. The work was scheduled quickly, and throughout the entire project Lukasz and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. During our renovation, we have had many different contractors and tradespeople working at the house. Without exception, everyone who saw the heating and plumbing installation commented on the quality of Lukasz's work and how neat and professional it looked. That says a lot. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with reliability, honesty, and excellent customer service, but Lukasz does exactly that. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend LW Pipe Solutions to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, or heat pump installation services. Thank you, Lukasz, for doing such an outstanding job. We truly appreciate all your hard work.

I highly recommend Łukasz as a plumber. He has helped me on a number of occasions, dealing with various issues with my old boiler, and he was always polite, prompt, and quick to find the right solution. Recently, he replaced my boiler with a new one, and I’m extremely happy with how efficient, clean, and professional his work was. On top of that, he replaced the radiator valves and cleared a blocked drainage pipe in the garden. Above all, Łukasz is very kind and respectful, always mindful when working in someone’s home. A truly reliable and trustworthy professional.

Lukasz was excellent in all his work. My requirements were quite complicated, involving the removal of a vented cylinder on one floor, the installation of a large unvented cylinder two floors away, the replacement of three radiators, and the fixing of my boiler. He helped to sort out a couple of problems I also had along the way. He was clear and patient in all his explanations as to the choices I had. I can unhesitatingly recommend him.
