This company was recommended to me by citizens advice they called me to arrange. A suitable time to call out which was on a Monday I waited in all day only to receive a phone call saying the engineer had to work on a gas pipe as it was leaking which is understandable and acceptable. They said they will contact me soon to arrange another appointment a week went by. I got in touch with the citizens advice saying they haven’t bothered. She rang me today and asked could we arrange another appointment because the gas fitter was off sick last time and couldn’t make it IF A COMPANY CAN LIE, SO FLIPPANT IT IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD LIKE IN MY HOME I wold avoid this company if possible definitely would not recommend them the secretaries attitude is not something you would want to represent your company. DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED

Rude staff, Jake the plumber bullied my mum in her own house, I called the office on her behalf and Jan blamed my mum for Jake’s behaviour. Be careful letting cowboys like these in your home as they won’t have any respect for you or your house

CON ARTISTS!! AVOID AT ALL MEASURES!! My boiler was functioning fine prior to them arriving. Paid £66 for a service and they left with the boiler not working and got told parts would be about £450 so I should get a new boiler from them. They broke it!! Called another plumber out who was disgusted and told me to get my money back , it had not been serviced. There was a water pipe leaking in the boiler (and had been for some time) and this was not picked up, cleaned or anything by the "corgi" registered plumber. It wasn't even on his service notes, shows how much attention and care he paid!! The details on the "service" detailed the parts that needed replacing according to them costing £450, yet another plumber checked these and they were all fine, all I needed was some new clips which cost me 70p from another plumbers and the boiler is working fine again now! Minus the £55 call out fee for a proper NON CON ARTIST company to come out. I rang the company to get a refund of my £66 "service" and got told to go away by the Director (believe it or not). They said they had serviced the boiler, despite me showing them evidence they clearly hadn't and that I would not be getting a refund. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID AT ALL MEASURES.

I had a new boiler fitted last week and both the engineer and the electrician were brilliant. I am very happy with HPH, their communication was excellent when organising the date and time for the installation.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
