I have recently had these in doing work on behalf of SHG fixing an issue caused by other contractors who fitted my level access shower 3 and a half years ago, the plumber was fantastic, and the lads that came today to fix a hole and replace my shower tray have all been great. No issues, no complaints. They have rectified work they didn't do in the first place
