We finally decided to replace our old air conditioning system because it kept breaking down every summer. From the first visit, the whole process felt easy and well organized. The installation was completed neatly, they cleaned everything before leaving, and even showed us how to get the best performance from the new unit. The house stays cool now, and our energy bills have even improved.
Our heating stopped working late one evening, and with the weather getting colder, we were really worried. I called MASPER the next morning, and they managed to fit us in the same day. The engineer explained what had gone wrong in simple terms and repaired it much faster than I expected. Everything has been working perfectly since then, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
Great experience with Masper in general in getting Air Con installed. The quote came very quickly after inital visit and the job was completed in the timeline they layed out for me and at the exact price they quoted originally. Peter was the installer and his approach was excellent. We went for the hidden units and he was able to build them into the ceiling such that it looks like they were always intended to be there. There was no mess left at the end and the painting and redecorating job was great too. I'd easily reccommend this company to my friends and family.
Really happy with the work Masper did for us. They came out and did the air conditioning cleaning, electrical work and commercial testing, and also gave us some great advice on heat pumps which was really helpful. They cover both commercial and residential which is handy as we needed work done across both. Everything was done to a high standard and they clearly know what they’re doing. No messing around, turned up when they said they would and got the job done properly. Would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled team for this kind of work.
Very professional. Job well done. Knows exactly what he is doing. Would definitely recommend them.
