Having had MWMHP-10KW installed for a year, I feel that I am in a better position to give valuable review which may be helpful to others. I knew Megawave because they were the first company to respond to my enquiries. Their quote was the best price for the heat pump suitable for my house. Like many, price was only one of the considerations when facing a drastic change in heating system, I had so much doubts and uncertainty during the initial consultation period. The surveyor Lawrence spent many hours answering my concerns, so were Malisa and Rachael in the office. I have to say that I have learnt so much about HP from those most knowledgeable people . The installation team were great - neat, hard working and communicated really well. The system was installed in Feb 2025 which were the coldest days in winter. They were certainly experts in their field and I had three days of minimum disruption in terms of comfort. Alexander the plumber, electrician (sorry couldn't remember his name) and Nazar, the heating engineer, they worked very hard and made sure everything was perfect. The system worked well from the start. It maintains comfortable temperature with little fluctuation. The enjoyment of having HP is much more than my old gas heating system. It was a pleasent experience. One year on I can confidently say that I have made the right decision in changing to Heat Pump and choosing Megawave. The company is excellent from start to finish and beyond. I am still receiving advises on how to optimise the system as they can monitor my HP from their office. It is an extra assurance I am happy to have. Now I have a comfortably heated home in winter and I have done my bit for the environment.

I met Megawave at Grand Designs 2025. They were by far the most knowledgeable people i spoke to regarding heat pumps. They subsequently installed 2 x 18kwh pumps. The installation team were great - neat, hard working and communicated really well. They were certainly experts in their field, and Nazar, the heating engineer, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. So far the hot water is working perfectly with excellent pressure from the water booster Megawave installed. The radiators tested well and fingers crossed, I don’t anticipate problems when winter comes. In the coming months Megawave will also install solar panels for me, and I’m sure the same level of professionalism will be on display. Certainly from what I have experienced so far, I would highly recommend Megawave.

The system designed by Megawave seems to be very well thought out and integrated with the existing solar hot water system. The engineers who installed it were all very pleasant and thoughtful and worked hard and very neatly. So far it works well but we have only had hot water as it is still summer. But the central heating worked when they tested it so I don't expect problems.

Megawave were excellent from start to finish.Their quote was the best price for the most powerful heat pump. The installation in our mid-terrace victorian house was on time and very neat. The team went above and beyond to hide the pipe and wire runs in a very tricky location. The system works perfectly and was up and running in just three days. I feel we were really lucky to have found this company.
