Waste of my time. I booked off an afternoon to get my boiler looked at, I waited and they cancelled at the end of the day. Barring in mind this was already rescheduled once to suit the plumber. This meant I missed out on my own income. They were reupoor on updating me. I had to phone them for this and when I got through they stated the plumber was in my area. He was in my area and couldn’t be bothered to do a small job. When I messaged in to complain, the customer service staff (Bev) didn’t even seem to care much. Disappointed and a waste of my time. I certainly wouldn’t recommend.

Can get the job done…most times but it’s the horrible customer service that accompanies it which prompts me to write this review. I don’t appreciate being cut off when speaking to staff on the phone or spoken to sternly like I’m a child. Your staff need training in proving customer service and listening to customers with the aim of understanding their situation and helping them find a problem rather than listening to respond in defense.

Useless people. They installed our vaillant in a new house, every year this goes down, everytime you call them a lady which is not very professional and is rude tell us to either try to fix it ourself or to call someone else as they are not available. Last year we had to call another plumber as they were not available in March to come out. We called them now in October so less than a year since we did the service and they said it would take a month to come out, so they would leave us without heating and hot water for 4 weeks as now is apparently the period they are busy, said the same in March. Do not bother to work with this people as they do not bother to find any solution for you!

Do not use if you would like a timeline as they are unable to provide one with minimum guarantee. If you ask for one they reply “we take orders for no one” Dan Cene has an attitude problem and is very defensive when asked for reassurance. Will be looking for someone more customer oriented.
