I was having issues with the boiler in my new home. David Lowe were absolutely fantastic, initially assessing and attempting repair. They were very responsive and were able to book me in very quickly. When it as clear the boiler was not repairable, rather than keep replacing parts (wasting time and money) they advised it be replaced, and provided a clear and detailed quote, including a follow up call to clarify any questions I had. The boiler replacement work was booked in very quickly and completed very professionally. The entire staff team, from their office staff to their engineers, are fantastic - they are both highly professional and personable. Customer support and communication throughout was excellent, and I cannot recommend the David Lowe team highly enough.
