I recently moved from oil to an ASHP, we had been looking for some years but heard lots about water being luke warm, house being cold, so this was a big step.. Msr was recommended to me from a colleague at work who had experienced problems with a previous company and they said Mark fixed it in a minute one visit and that since then the system has been great. So we jumped and I asked Mark to come take a look at our house, he was honest, always on time and wouldn't settle until he was 100% certain he had the right system for us, he even changed our existing oil system to give us an example of how the ASHP would work. Mark insisted in taking measurements of the property for heat loss calculations, which re-assured us. Interestingly we had other builders on site when Mark came and they were shocked that we were even considering an ASHP, they only spoke about the negatives. However we had the system installed at the coldest part of the year, were a little concerned about Christmas, but had nothing to worry about because it works like a dream, no more hassle with oil deliveries lying on the wet grass trying to fill an underground tank, missing deliveries, escalating oil prices. We get great hot water whenever we want and everyone who comes to our home, that has lots of glass, says what a lovely warm home we have. I am so impressed I asked Mark to come look at my company and take a look at another house we own. If you have any doubts please don't because I really believe that Mark is the most knowledgable person I have met on the subject and truthfully would not install something he didn't think would improve what you have. I need to add that his back up service is also amazing he is continually checking our system in the fist 6 months and recommending changes where he thinks the system needs to be tweaked. His wife Michelle is also a huge help with the paperwork you need to complete. So if your looking for a seamless transition or even just some advice these are the guys, I trust them 100% and there's not many companies you can say that about these days.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Fantastic service from start to finish. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about the work he does. He went above and beyond servicing our heat pump and took the time to educate me about the whole system. Following the service I was sent a detailed report with pictures of the work carried out attached. Furthermore he sent me links to a couple of products that we discussed on the day that would make the heat pump more efficient. Michelle was also brilliant getting us booked in and dealing with the admin side of things. Overall, A* service and a fantastic family business.

This is an outstanding family run business that takes great pride and care in what they do. I was fortunate to find them on the Grant website. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and it’s obvious he’s passionate and loves the work he does. He serviced two heat pumps and cylinders for me and spent time going through tips and the functioning of the systems with my tenants. My tenants were very impressed. He also spent time providing me with a wealth of information. Michelle was fabulous dealing with the admin side of things. Thank you both for being kind, helpful, responsive and for providing an excellent service.
