Zak is knowledgeable, detail oriented and does not just a functional but an aesthetically pleasing AC installation. Very happy with the Zak and the work. Zak always kept us informed and updated about everything going on which was very nice. I highly recommended him.
I’ve worked alongside Zac at Optimum HVAC for some time now, carrying out the electrical work on his installations. Zac’s professionalism and reliability really stand out — he’s always organised, communicates clearly and takes real pride in doing things properly. His installations are consistently well planned, tidy and completed to a high standard. From working with him first-hand, I know he’s someone you can rely on to deliver a quality job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Installed multiple air conditioning units. Zak worked hard in both the design and installation phases to ensure that disruption was at a minimum, and the end result was as unobtrusive as possible. The latter mattered a lot to us, as with a larger install it would be easy for there to be cables all over the place. Zak himself was personable and knowledgeable, and I'm very happy with the end result.
