The workpeople and engineers themselves are lovely and professional. Unfortunately they are let down by their communication system at their office. You can ring multiple times, leave multiple voicemails, and still not get a reply. So disappointing to have out standing work tickets after 7 weeks of attempted contact and visits.

Excellent service provided by a young engineer (Joe) who knew all aspects of his plumbing. He replaced a rusty radiator in no time at all and identified why my toilet system was filling up slowly. This entailed removing the toilet and fixing a cold water feed pipe which was causing the issue. I would definately use DDG again and would highly recommend them to anyone eho had plumbing issues.
