Awful company, I’m so so fed up. Unreliable, I’ve taken two full days off work waiting for failed visits. I’ve had two visits that have turned up, both times without the parts needed, hence who I’ve had to wait in for a 3rd and 4th visit. Somebody came randomly at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon whilst I was in the bath, with no appointment. And then last Friday, an engineer called me at 8pm on Friday evening, to ask if he could attend at 9pm that night, and after me agreeing to this, he still didn’t turn up. As a single woman this left me feeling extremely vulnerable in my own home. I will not allow this company near my property ever again. When you call, you can’t get through to anybody and they don’t return and voice mail messages so all in all a rubbish experience.

I've had the misfortune of buying a house where DDG did the plumbing. Leak after leak after leak, taps with no water coming out, taps not connected despite certificates saying everything passed the inspection. Two years on and another leak from the shower, water pouring through a light fitting in the kitchen. I can't remember how many holes they have had to cut into the ceilings and walls to repair the problems. An absolute disaster of an experience with this company. The house is now out of warranty so I'm now paying for the new leak to be repaired and to be honest I'm pleased as I can now get a good plumber to do a good job that will last

Completely incompetent service. Installed system on our new build house. When we've had a leak - for 2 months - they couldn't diagnose the correct issue after multiple visits. And the manufacturer had to come and assess and found the installation was not correctly completed, the wrong expansion vessel had been used (not even the right type for a water tank), and pipe work was not level causing additional leakage. So despite being installed by DDG, and the system being looked at by them multiple times none of the different engineers could see the issue with the installation or diagnose why the system was leaking.
