Great work, fast and great value.
When my Ground Source Heat Pump was found to be non repairable, I was concerned about the degree of disruption to my life and home involved in having a new air source heat pump installed and all my water tanks changed. I needn't have worried! The engineers were very efficient, careful, also friendly and the whole process went very smoothly. The staff in the office were also very efficient and friendly and handled the admin of the process very competently. Thanks very much Heat Pump Tech for a job well done!
The heat pump engineer arrived on time and started work. He was respectful of my property and was excellent at his job. He was very pleasant and when asked explained what he was doing. After the service he explained what he’d done. He left everything working heating and water tested. All in all was a good experience with a good company.Peter Kennedy
