Thanks to a double layer of rock wool insulation, the heat stays inside the house instead of dispersing upwards as suggested by Ramki. This means that the rooms warm up evenly and the system works only when really needed. In fact, I usually pay about £100 per month for both electricity and gas, and I am almost always in credit. Only during very cold winters do I actually notice the system working at full load. One of the biggest advantages is the comfort it provides. The temperature is always stable, without the fluctuations you often experience with traditional radiators. In addition, every room can be managed separately with its own thermostat. For example, I can heat the living room and bedrooms according to different needs, which makes the system very flexible and convenient. Ramki is a company at the forefront of this type of technology and Jignesh was very knowledgeable and polite to us as well as his staff. They offered a professional service every year for the boiler annual checks and also showed me the possibility of upgrading the system in the future, for example by adding a chiller to use it as cooling during hot summers as well as managing from remotely via mobile app. In conclusion, despite the high initial cost, my experience with Ramki has given me excellent comfort, lower energy consumption, and full control over the heating of each room. I consider it one of the best choices I have made for my home.
