Very poor. This company hound you to take them up on the offer of a grant and then dont listen to you! A surveyor came out to me under the assumption that I was entitled to a boiler grant. I do not have gas at my property which I explained to at least 3 or 4 different telesales staff. I thought it was solar panels that they would be offering to be told they don't do solar panel grants currently, a total waste of my and the surveyors time!! Listen to your customers' Real Energy!! Further to your response below, I cannot believe the audacity that you would try to say I have been duped! I have evidence in the form of WhatsApp messages and I don't like the implication that you are suggesting that I did not have calls or a surveyor come to my property. You have my details and I would appreciate a phone call and an apology for questioning my integrity.

I have no words. They have caused damage to my home that will cost me thousands to put right and that's just the so called insulation upgrade. Now they want to come and destroy my central heating system. Please do not let them anywhere near your home. I feel broken.
