We are really pleased with the work carried out to install our new heat pump system and solar panels. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was completed to a high standard, and the team kept the work area tidy throughout, keeping us continually updated. The whole process was well organised and we’re very happy with the finished installation. It’s great to have both the heat pump and solar panels up and running, and we’re already looking forward to the benefits of a more efficient and sustainable home. Would definitely recommend the team to anyone considering a heat pump or solar installation.
The installation team arrived promptly on the agreed day, were very polite, tidy, and respectful of our home, and considered my 19 month old son, who was very trying at times. They worked efficiently, kept me updated on progress, and made sure everything was left clean and safe once the work was done. They even took the time to show me how to use the system properly and gave us clear instructions and contact details should we ever need support. Thank you Luke (site manager) and the team that worked in our home.

We recently had Renewable Energy Management (REM) install three 6kW Fox ESS batteries and an EV car charger, and we were very happy with the service provided. They gave really good advice and suggested placing the batteries in our outhouse instead of the main house, which turned out to be a much better setup for us. We appreciated them coming out and doing a site survey at the start rather than just going through it over the phone. When it came to the actual installation, the team were friendly and helpful . The work itself looks great and all of the cabling running along the walls was placed where we wanted it. Highly recommended!

The new system is running brilliantly, and I truly appreciate the care and craftsmanship you put into the installation.
