Been using Taylor's to service & repair our oil boiler since we moved to Lincolnshire in 2021; they've always turned up on time. This week they fitted a heat pump, removed the old boiler & hot water cylinder. All the engineers were lovely - polite & helpful. I like the fact it's a local company & are nearby if there's an issue.
We had Solar/Batteries and ASHP installed in 2025 by another company. When they went into liquidation in December 2025, I was concerned about warranty provision and lack of knowledge of our installation. So I was delighted to find that the lead Engineer - Ash - and some of his colleagues had joined Taylor’s. The first annual service was done last month and as expected, that continuity of service was achieved.
Rang about an oil leak & they sent an engineer out really quickly. Engineer was excellent & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Serviced my air source heat pump. They turned up when they said they would, polite and respectful while in our house and were cheaper than the company that fitted it. Also pointed out a few obvious faults with the initial fitting. (A pressure relief valve, with nowhere to release pressure) Fully recommend and I will use them again.
