My central heating boiler broke down still under warranty. I didn't get any help from the manufacturer so I contacted Ross. He was straight onto it. I asked him to quote me for a new boiler which he did straight away. Within days the new boiler was here and Ross and his team installed it. It's brilliant! My house is warm and cosy after over a week without heating or hot water. Very knowledgable, efficient and reliable. I knew he was extremely busy but he really put himself out to help me in what was a very unpleasant situation. I have used this company for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very professional and courteous I can't recommend them highly enough. 10 stars !!!!

Fantastic service provided this am by Ross McKenzie Ltd Heating & Renewables and peace of mind my Daikin Hybrid Heat Source pump and hot water cylinder are good for another year. Visiting engineer (Andrew) more than accommodating, detailing the requirement of the service and how the system worked. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
