I highly recommend Ross and team who installed a complete new heat pump system to replace an older model. I found the team to be very knowledgable. They professionally carried out the work quickly and efficiently without any problems. The premises were left clean and tidy and they gave a detailed handover explaining how to use the controls.

Ross McKenzie Ltd were recommended to us by a friend, when our heating broke down in a house that we'd recently moved in to, we were most impressed with them. Andrew worked extremely hard to successfully revive the unserviced boiler. Once we had heating again, he then reviewed the whole system and pointed out many things that also needed rectifying. Both Ross and Grant visited us to gradually put things right, ensuring that we were finally left with a system that was actually fit for purpose! Overall, they were all very knowledgeable and efficient, their online 'job status' system is a helpful addition and they always turn up when they say they will! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.
