I work for RIFM Ltd as an Ops Manger (FM) and from a sustainably driven concept to make the move away from reliance on Gas Fired DHW on an Industrial Site once I had the design established I engaged with Sugplumb Ltd and they were with me all the way through to final commissioning. Stuart is a very experienced installer of Air Source Heat Pumps and we are very lucky to have that level of knowledge locally. They carried out the work very safely and the plumbing installation was well thought through and installed to an excellent standard. We took Stuarts advice on how to run the ASHP's and have found them to meet our demands even at peak time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sugplumb for any job and look forward to working with them again on my next sustainable project.

We just got our oil heating replaced with Air source Pump heating and was most impressed with the quality and efficiency and how hard they worked.They left everything clean and all rubbish was removed (they even took away our oil tank for us). We are delighted with the service they provided. I’m severely disabled and rely on heat. The guys worked hard and stayed later so the job would be finished quicker so it didn’t cause me too much disruption. I would highly recommend Sugplumb Ltd.

Heat pump instaliation was done promptly and effctivly 4 years ago. one of the valves failed as a known issue. the enginerr came out and fixed the problem in clean tidy and very professional manor. This was done as part of the service schedule. Comunicaiton can be tricky overthe phone, but is effective over email.
