My grandad built our house in the 70s and unfortunately it had fallen into disrepair, having not had any substantial work done to it since it was built. Concept contracts completely renovated the whole property, including an extension, new roof, plumbing, electrics, heating systems and decoration. They turned a run-down property into our dream home and managed to do it in less than a year through a pandemic. The care and consideration given to the build was incredible by the managers and employees working on site was second to none. They have given us our forever home.

We used Concept for a loft conversion and they were brilliant. We didn't have to wait long for them to get started. They were on time, polite and clean every day. Both Floyd and Mark were excellent and Project Managed the conversion from start to finish. I would highly recommend Concept and will be using them again on our next house project

We wanted to demolish our old bungalow and instead build a two storey ICF house. After deciding on a plan the most daunting task was to find the right builder. We can honestly say that we are extremely happy we chose Concept Contracts. From start to finish they were brilliant. Although we were hardly at the building site they made sure no corners were cut. Thank you for giving us a beautiful home. We will definitely be using Concept Contracts again for future building works.

We have done our loft conversion back in Feb/March 2022. We are very happy with the services provided by Concept Contractors. We have been looked after by a team of professionals that carried out the job with precision and within the timeframe we had agreed on. Communication was quick and effective, and we have always been kept in the loop before and while the works were ongoing. We are satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend Concept Contractors to anyone looking to do a renovation of their property.

Concept recently completed our loft conversion to a very high spec. My brother has used Concept also. Concept dealt with the architect, planning permission and building regs. From day one we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication and workmanship. This is the first time we have used Concept and I would not go anywhere else for future building jobs. At completion we were sent a copy of all required certificates and invoices - very transparent. We would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic company.
