Excellent service and installation. Very good response to our query. Made a second visit when we were concerned about a few things and reassured us. Very neat and tidy installation. Didn’t have to wait too long either. Very pleased with the whole process.
We called Greg at SPG, and had excellent service and advice. They were super helpful, and professional, and delivered the job in a prompt and neat and tidy way. great value for money.
Greg installed our first a/c unit in 2025 so when we needed one for our lounge this year, there was no hesitation for who we would ask. He is always so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Everything installed, with no mess, and working 100% in a few hours. A fully trustworthy Company and I would highly recommend SPG and give them 5* - would give them more if it were possible!
Greg clearly has a wealth of experience behind him. He listens attentively and is keen to establish what the customer needs. He was friendly and polite, and the installation looks (and feels) great! Thanks Greg
We are hugely grateful to Greg for setting us up with a brilliant air-con system - he is great to have around the house (we normal dread things like this); professional, reliable, personable, and all-round nice guy. He answered all our initial queries about air-con with clarity and honesty so we knew exactly what we were getting - and we are very happy with the results. He was somehow able to install in the midst of a mad heatwave and are eternally grateful!
