SPG was great. Since we hadn't had an air conditioning installation before, I was worried it would be expensive and disrupt our business. However, Greg from SPG provided a fair quote, put us at ease by scheduling a date that would cause minimal disruption, and came up with several installation options that best suited our building. During the installation, the building presented a few obstacles, but the SPG team went above and beyond to overcome them. They even stayed late to finish the job so our business wouldn't be interrupted the next day. I don't know many companies that would go this far, and we're truly thankful for the team's dedication.
